We have picked up three (yes, three!) prestigious awards this past quarter for our break through Omnichannel Sales Analytics solution. Our Omnichannel Sales Analytics solution transforms the sales process, unites all sales channels and provides retail banks the ability to measure the financial value of each of its channels. It provides bank executives the insights and tools they need to manage channel sales effectiveness, close the gap on untapped profitability, and improve efficiency ratios.

- Celent Model Bank Winner –Central Bancompany’s initiative was selected as a Celent Model Bank winner in the Digital and Omnichannel Technologies category. Central Bancompany implemented Ignite’s Omnichannel Sales Analytics solution across the company’s 13 banks, 135 branches, and their online presence, branding it as “The Business Analyzer.” The branch version equips front-line customer sales representatives with a personalized, visual, interactive, and automated business tool that helps them quickly qualify a small business’s needs and make recommendations, all within a highly consultative sales process. The online version allows customers to research products for which they are eligible and from the customer’s perspective, the transition from online to branch is seamless. CSRs ask new and existing customers for a few minutes to assess their needs and the with the solution, the banks saw significant increases in sales for highly profitable product lines including credit cards, insurance, treasury management, and commercial loans as well as assumptive sales like eStatements, mobile banking, and debit cards. Central has seen a 20% lift in product sales from existing customers and a 15% lift in sales from new customers compared to its previous approach.
- Monarch Innovation Award – For the second year in a row, Ignite was recognized as a winner of a Monarch Innovation Award, which are presented by Barlow Research Associates, Inc. Developed to recognize innovation in the financial services industry, the Monarch Innovation Awards are unique and coveted because an independent jury evaluates the submissions. The judges quantitatively score each submission based on value to the bank and their customers, uniqueness, stickiness, dependability and ease of use. The award is named after the monarch to symbolize the rebirth that results when old formulas and methods give way to new ways of doing things.
- 2015 BIG Innovation Award – The BIG Innovation Awards, presented by the Business Intelligence Group, recognizes companies whose achievements stand above their peers and are making major impacts in today’s world judged by experienced leaders in each industry. The winning organizations have led the way to new advancements and dramatic accomplishments in a variety of fields. Ignite won this award in recognition of the use of unique analytics to improve sales and their customer’s sales process.
