Julie Hamrick and Barbie Boe founded Ignite Sales in 1997 with the goal of helping consumers make wise financial choices. Their vision was to create a software as a service company that would provide banks with the capabilities to guide on-line customers through a complete personal financial management process and lead them to appropriate products. The combination of decision tree science and compelling engagement design proved very successful. They were way ahead of the market as a whole. Learning and evolving through the ongoing experience with many of the top banks in the country, Ignite shifted the focus of its technology from PFM to a much broader application to provide banking clients with the ability engage with consumers and small businesses through all banking channels, to fully discover financial needs and guide them to wise product choices.
