George Noga

George is a leader in the Financial Services and Technology Industries with a career focused on helping Banks, Credit Unions, Corporations and Government Agencies grow their business and improve customer satisfaction.

George was most recently Senior Vice President and Managing Director with the Revenue Enhancement group at Fiserv for seven years. During that time his teams built, marketed and sold industry leading sales force automation and consumer liquidity solutions to many of the largest banks in the industry as well as over 250 community banks and credit unions. In addition, George founded the  community bank consulting practice and led consulting teams that focused on large banks as well. George also served on the Data Analytics council at Fiserv for five years, helping to define product strategies for leveraging Fiserv’s vast data sets.

Prior to Fiserv, George was President and CEO at Syngence, a company that developed artificial intelligence based search technology for the legal industry. George was able to grow the company significantly, capturing 40% market share in the large law firm market.

George was also one of the very early employees at Carreker Corporation, a company dedicated to providing cutting edge software and consulting services to the top 100 banks in the Industry. During his nineteen years with Carreker, George was a SVP and Managing Director providing leadership in consulting, relationship management, M&A, sales and product development.
