Thom Suhy, Ph.D.

Thom is the Director of Client Engagement for Ignite.  Thom oversees the implementation of Ignite at virtually all of our clients, monitors Ignite client performance and provides insights and best practices to help ensure the success of our clients.  With Thom’s extensive background in learning, behavioral modeling and data analysis, he provides constant insight for the continual improvement of Ignite’s guided conversation technology and the IQAnalytics reporting portal.

Thom received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Texas at Dallas and his Master of Arts from the University of Notre Dame, in South Bend, Indiana.  He defended his dissertation for his PhD in Educational Leadership at Southern Methodist University in Dallas where his primary focus is hierarchical modeling of nested data.
