George Noga

Chief Executive Officer

George is a leader in the Financial Services and Technology Industries with a career focused on helping Banks, Credit Unions, Corporations and Government Agencies grow their business and improve customer satisfaction.

George was most recently Senior Vice President and Managing Director with the Revenue Enhancement group at Fiserv for seven years. During that time his teams built, marketed and sold industry leading sales force automation and consumer liquidity solutions to many of the largest banks in the industry as well as over 250 community banks and credit unions. In addition, George, founded the  community bank consulting practice and led consulting teams that focused on large banks as well. George also served on the Data Analytics council at Fiserv for five years, helping to define product strategies for leveraging Fiserv’s vast data sets.

Prior to Fiserv, George was President and CEO at Syngence, a company that developed artificial intelligence based search technology for the legal industry. George was able to grow the company significantly, capturing 40% market share in the large law firm market. 

George was also one of the very early employees at Carreker Corporation, a company dedicated to providing cutting edge software and consulting services to the top 100 banks in the Industry. During his nineteen years with Carreker, George was a SVP and Managing Director providing leadership in consulting, relationship management, M&A, sales and product development.

Barbie Boe

Co-founder & Chief Marketing Officer

A 20 year technology marketing veteran, Barbara’s creative campaigns have proven to engage customers and interactively educate them on product and service offering. Her experiences include serving as marketing director for two high-tech service companies. At InterVoice, the leader in voice response systems for banks, Barbara led the marketing team from initiation through IPO and beyond. InterVoice had an extraordinary branding, lead generation and customer satisfaction reputation and was ultimately acquired by Convergys. After InterVoice, Barbara was marketing and sales director for The Shams Group. Barbara developed and implemented marketing plans that improved sales 500 percent.

Barbara’s utilizes her dynamic personality, creative skills and passion for giving back to the community in her work with various local charities and educational fundraisers. Barbara earned a B.F.A. in Fine Arts from Texas State University.

Julie Hamrick

Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer

Julie pioneered the patented analytical methods that are the core of the Ignite Sales’ groundbreaking technology. Her diverse engineering and management experiences have fueled her expertise in making complex data understandable and actionable for business decision-making. Prior to founding Ignite, Julie was general manager for Aviall Inc., where she oversaw process improvement at the $800 million aircraft services company. Previous to this role, Julie served as a management consultant at Deloitte where she led a variety of business process improvement engagements in the banking, manufacturing and utilities industries. Julie began her career at U.S. Steel as a technology implementation engineer, where she led development of a modeling system to optimize factory yield that resulted in multi-million dollar annual profits. Recently honored as a top North Texas Women in Technology, Julie has a gift for making the complex seem easy and she uses those skills in her community work whether mentoring young entrepreneurs or teaching first grade Sunday school.

Julie earned a B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering from Lafayette College and an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University.

Austen Holmes

Chief Technology Officer

Austen is an accomplished engineer and architect with a strong background in data mining and intelligent systems. He has a proven track record of delivering extensible solutions to complex problems. Before Ignite, Austen served as the architect for Iris Session Analyzer, Tektronix Communications’ flagship product in their award-winning telecommunications monitoring suite. Prior to Tektronix, Austen served as Principal Engineer for Fidelity investments and was responsible for on-time delivery of high quality applications with very tight deadline requirements.

Austen is an active member of the Scala and Java communities is also well-versed in Agile methodologies. He holds a B.S in Computer Science and a M.S. in Computer Science with a focus in intelligent systems from The University of Texas at Dallas.

Lilly Straith

Executive Vice President

Lilly brings banking expertise from both the corporate side and the banking side. This insight has proven to be very valuable for the bank and the company. Prior to joining Ignite, Lilly was the SVP and Managing Director/Sales Manager at Fiserv for the Revenue Enhancement Solutions Group for Regional and Community Banking.   Lilly helped Large, Regional and Community Financial Institutions protect non-interest income and grow the bank’s customer base-- whether it was through new Deposit Products for Retail and Commercial Banking, Revenue Performance Initiatives, or through the Small Business Banking, Treasury Management, and Business Lending Growth Strategies.  Prior to Fiserv purchasing Carreker, Lilly was the Client Relationship Executive selling back office and front office technology solutions and consulting to many of the large Regional Banks.

Lilly earned her Bachelor's Degree from Wayne State University.  Additionally, she is a Certified Treasury Professional for Treasury Management.

Marjorie Aarant

Director of Business Development

Marjorie brings 28 years of consultative sales experience from both the data mining and financial software industry specifically focused on the financial services market. She attributes her highly recognized and awarded success to her focus on solution/consultative selling resulting in the shared success of all parties. Her positive attitude and business acumen had made her successful throughout the years.

Marjorie earned her BS from Texas A&M University.  

Bob Olson

Executive Vice President, Financial Services

Bob is a global Financial Services Leader whos proven track record improves profitability and performance within the financial services and technology industries. He is a “can do” entrepreneur with the ability to create a vision and then motivate people and create processes to achieve that vision. Respected speaker and published industry expert.  His 35 years of experience in the financial services industry includes managing diverse divisions of U.S. banks including technology, cash management, correspondent banking, check, loan, branch operations, product management and wholesale banking. 

Bob served as Senior Vice President, Financial Services at ThoughtFocus, a Blackstone portfolio company.  Prior to joining ThoughtFocus, he was an executive at CSC where he led the financial services consulting division for the Americas.  Previously he was Vice President of Global Financial Services for Unisys where he managed this division.  Before joining Unisys, he was Head of the Financial Services division of the international technology and consulting firm Collabera. 

Previously he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Carretek, LLC, where he pioneered bank operations offshoring.  As a Vice Chairman of Carreker Corporation, the international technology and consulting firm, he was responsible for maintaining collaborative relationships with financial institution clients to solve business challenges. 

Bob has also been a part of two banking organizations, holding positions of executive vice president of the bank holding company Magna Group (now Regions Financial Corporation) and group vice president of Security Pacific National Bank (now Bank of America). 

Bob is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles.

Kelly Schilling

Senior Vice President, Business Development

Kelly is Senior Vice President of Business Development with 20 years of experience in financial services.  She has a proven track record deploying business development strategies across diverse industries to maximize revenue, improve market share, and increase profitability through sales of complex technology solutions.  Kelly has executive level contacts at most of the top Financial Institutions in the country, and believes authenticity is the key to true partnerships.

Kelly most recently worked for Fiserv, a Fortune 500 company, as Senior Vice President, Business Development, and prior to that Senior Vice President, Client Partner for 11 years.   At Fiserv, she was consistently recognized as one of the company’s top performers.  Prior to Fiserv, Kelly worked at NCR, also a Fortune 500 company, in multiple executive level roles where she managed the company’s most strategic clients. 

Kelly was recognized as the “Next Generation of Leaders” Honoree, Dayton Business Journal “40 under 40”.  She has an MBA from the University of Dayton and has served as a Court Appointed Guardian Ad Litem for over 4 years.  She has 2 children, Anna and Kyle.  

Thom Suhy, Ph.D.

Director of Client Engagement

Thom is the Director of Client Engagement for Ignite.  Thom oversees the implementation of Ignite at virtually all of our clients, monitors Ignite client performance and provides insights and best practices to help ensure the success of our clients.  With Thom’s extensive background in learning, behavioral modeling and data analysis, he provides constant insight for the continual improvement of Ignite’s guided conversation technology and the IQ Analytics reporting portal.

Thom received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Texas at Dallas and his Master of Arts from the University of Notre Dame, in South Bend, Indiana.  He defended  his dissertation for his PhD in Educational Leadership at Southern Methodist University in Dallas where his primary focus is hierarchical modeling of nested data.
